About this Event
🎭 We're getting together to talk about Othello.
Once you suspect betrayal, a late reply or an awkward pause can start to look like evidence. You may still be asking questions, but only accepting answers that confirm your suspicion. Feeling certain and having good reasons can become two very different things.
The plan
We'll read selected Othello scenes together, then discuss them.
Reading: selected scenes from Othello — https://www.folger.edu/explore/shakespeares-works/othello/read/
No whole-play reading is required beforehand.
