Open Plate Supper Club
Open Plate is an intimate supper club where seasonal food meets evidence-based women's health - bringing women together around one table to learn, connect and leave feeling more in sync with their bodies than when they arrived.
Our very first evening, exploring the Gut-Hormone Connection, is hosted in collaboration with Field Food founded by fellow Nutritionist, Libby, and Wild Nutrition - a female-founded women’s health brand, with award-winning supplements that support women throughout every chapter, with the knowledge and nutrients to nourish what's next.
This connection will be explored throughout a guided four-course sharing menu, with the science behind each ingredient woven into every bite... designed to delight the senses while supporting the body from the inside out. The evening continues with a 20-minute talk from Registered Nutritionist Niamh Wilson (ANutr, MSc) and an open Q&A - a space for honest conversation and genuine connection, that leaves you feeling more empowered in your own body than when you arrived.
