Oktoberfest Sausage Making Class w/ Dinner and Beer Samples

Join us for an Oktoberfest themed sausage making class in collaboration with local brewery BarrieHaus Beer Co. We will cover from start to finish what it takes to make some tasty, quality sausages while sampling 3 different, appropriately paired brews. This class is hands on, which is perfect for any culinary enthusiest, hunter/ outdoorsmen, homesteaders or anyone wanting 1 on 1 instruction on making great sausages. Charcuterie, beer samples, salad, sausages, sides and dessert are all included! If sausages and beer are your thing, this will be a night you wont want to miss!
