Launching the New Community2Work® (C2W) Center in Hazelwood
Davis Consulting Solutions (DCS) introduces the new Community2Work® (C2W) Neighborhood Employment Center in Hazelwood at 1:30 p.m. on October 21, 2026.
Community members, employers, workforce partners, and local leaders are invited to attend the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the first of the City of Pittsburgh’s network of Neighborhood Employment Centers in Hazelwood.
Celebrate the expansion of neighborhood workforce access and learn how Davis Consulting Solutions is connecting talent with opportunities to economic success.
Through the Community2Work® (C2W) center, residents will have access to workforce programs and personalized employment support designed to help them prepare for, secure and succeed in meaningful job opportunities. Services will include résumé assistance, job-readiness support, employment services, career coaching, educational resources, workshops, employer referrals and networking opportunities.
Refreshments will be available. Registration is required.
Join us for the Opportunity Fair, beginning immediately after the ribbon cutting ceremony before the Life Sciences Bridge Program graduation.
Supported in part by the City of Pittsburgh and community partners, the center aims to play a critical role in connecting residents—especially those in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)-eligible neighborhoods—with sustainable employment opportunities.
