Upon arrival, guests will be checked in, receive their wristband and drink ticket(s), and be welcomed into the celebration. We will also have vendor booths and sponsors on-site for you to visit throughout the evening. Every sponsor has contributed to making this event possible, and we hope you'll join us for an unforgettable night of celebration, connection, and excitement as we welcome the New Year together.
Hotel Accommodations:
The Hilton Hotel has provided a block of discounted guest rooms exclusively for our event attendees. Enjoy the convenience of staying on-site to continue the celebration at the hotel bar until 2:00 AM, without the worry of driving home.
Special Event Rate: $199 for the night, per room (K & 2Q beds)
Rooms are limited & only available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the room block sells out, there are also several nearby hotel options available as well (without our discounted rate)!
