1. How do I get my purchased tickets?
Ticket confirmations are sent via email. Wristbands can be picked up at Will Call in the Crowne Plaza lobby:
- December 30: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- December 31: 10:00 AM – 11:30 PM
2. Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
No. Simply bring a valid government-issued photo ID to Will Call to receive your wristband.
3. What is the refund policy?
Absolutely NO REFUNDS after November 15, 2026.
4. What is included with General Admission?
General Admission includes access to all party rooms and comedy shows. Cash bars are available throughout the event.
It does NOT include:
- Open Bar

5. What is included with VIP?
VIP admission includes:

7. Is there a Midnight Breakfast Buffet?
Yes. The Midnight Breakfast Buffet is available and managed directly by the Crowne Plaza
Parkwood's Restaurant. 12am - 2am.
Please note that the breakfast buffet is NOT included with any event ticket.
8. Are all bars available for General Admission and VIP guests?
All event bars are available for purchasing drinks.
VIP Open Bar access is available from 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM, except for the hotel lobby and restaurant bars, which accept card payments only and are not included.
9. Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Guests must be 21 years or older with a valid photo ID.
10. If I purchase a hotel package, do I need to reserve my room separately?
No. Your hotel room is already included with your package.
Hotel room lists will be provided to the hotel by December 29th.
11. Is parking included?
No. Parking is managed by the Crowne Plaza, and special event parking rates apply.
Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. Typical rides for the event are around $10.
12. Is there a balloon drop at midnight?
Yes! Celebrate the New Year with the official midnight balloon drop and countdown.
13. Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Typically, yes. Tickets are usually available at the door while supplies last.
Please note that Ticket Prices Increase at the door.
14. Are the hotel lobby and restaurant bars included with VIP Open Bar access?
No. The hotel lobby and restaurant bars accept card purchases only and are not included in the VIP Open Bar from 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
15. What time does the mobile event bars in the pre-function area open?
Mobile event bars open at 7:00 PM on December 31.
