Join us at the Worship Cafe for an evening of practical nutrition conversation and community — no judgment, no jargon, just support. Whether you’re juggling work, family, or a packed schedule, this workshop is designed to help you nourish yourself.

• Practical, no-nonsense nutrition guidance for black women
• A Q&A panel discussion with professional practitioners who get it
• A raffle for free personalised nutrition sessions and goody bags to take home
• A room full of black women who understand — because you shouldn’t have to do this alone
