Join Louise for a relaxing Self-Massage & Gentle Yoga Mini Workshop designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe.
You'll learn simple and effective Self-Myofascial Release and trigger point techniques to target those stubborn areas that just won't seem to relax. We'll begin with a guided, head-to-toe self-massage using therapy balls to help release tight, restricted tissues and melt away tension. Then we'll finish with gentle yoga and movement to get the blood flowing and leave your body feeling relaxed, open, and renewed.
After the workshop, we'll head over to Louise's home for a potluck and some time to relax, connect, and enjoy each other's company! 🥗🍷🏡
