We are excited to introduce **No Pressure**, a new four-week supportive group for high school students ages 13–18!Many teens feel pressure to succeed academically, fit in socially, manage extracurricular activities, and present a perfect version of themselves, especially on social media. No Pressure offers a welcoming space where students can speak openly about perfectionism, better understand the expectations they carry, and learn healthier ways to cope.
Throughout the four weeks, students will have opportunities to:
• Better understand perfectionism
• Build confidence
• Develop healthy coping skills
• Connect with other students facing similar pressures
The group will meet on Mondays from **3:00–4:30 p.m.**, beginning October 12, at Navigant Counseling in downtown Westerly.
