A trailblazer in Indian cuisine and founder of the beloved Mowgli Street Food restaurants, Nisha Katona MBE is a popular face on our TV screens, making regular appearances on This Morning, Sunday Brunch, Great British Menu and hosting her own ITV show, Nisha Katona’s Home Kitchen. Drawing on her years of experience as a TV chef and award-winning restaurateur, Nisha finally shares the secrets behind the curry recipes that have made her so popular in her brand-new book, The Curry Bible.

Liverpudlian-born Nisha Katona MBE is the founder, executive chef and development chef of Mowgli Street Food restaurants and founder of the Mowgli Trust charity. Previously a full-time Barrister, Nisha used all her savings to open the first Mowgli Street Food restaurant in her home city of Liverpool in 2014 and has grown Mowgli into 27 restaurants across the UK, beloved for bringing fresh and tasty Indian home cooking to cities across the country. Mowgli Street Food is recognised as one of the fastest growing companies according to The Sunday Times Fast Track 100.
