Celebrate the neighborhood’s latest mural with a fun party and a chance to meet the artist! On Wednesday, Sept. 30, 4:30-6:30 pm, the Friendship Heights Alliance and Metro’s Art in Transit program invite neighbors to meet artist Nicole Bourgea and celebrate music, art and community at the Jenifer Street side of the Lord & Taylor building.

About the Mural: The mural was curated by Pipkin Creative and created in partnership with Metro (which owns the building) and its Art in Transit program. This is the Alliance’s second mural on the building, and both are the backdrop for new furniture, flowers, and other placemaking elements.
