Can young, emerging experts make a meaningful contribution on policy? Members of the Seeing is Believing project — SAIS students and their counterparts from the Western Balkans — certainly did. Engaging with senior NATO officials and prominent foreign policy figures in Ankara, these youth leaders presented actionable recommendations on the Alliance's biggest stage.
