Our New Year's Day Vision Board Class is back! Yoga, live music, intention setting, ceremony and, of course, vision board crafting with all the supplies.Set your New Year's intention in an all-levels, heart-centered yoga class with live music. Spend the first hour cleansing and clearing out the old energies of last year and beyond, creating space in mind, body and spirit for new intentions, manifestations and higher consciousness, and opening a deeper connection to Spirit, Love, Abundance and Flow in the year ahead.
After class, we create our vision boards for 2027 and beyond, using pictures, cut-outs, postcards, images and words that reflect what our hearts see on our path. By placing these images where we see them every day, we bring their energy into our consciousness, and from there into our tangible reality. Intention is everything.
All supplies are provided: board, scissors, glue and magazines for cut-outs. If you have photos, quotes or images of your own, or crafting supplies to embellish your board, please bring them.
Class and crafting: 1–4 pm
