The Plus Project is a service funded by Birmingham City Council to support employers in Birmingham to grow their business through graduate talent. This happens through an innovative partnership model where 4 major local Universities are working collaboratively to give employers seamless access to their talent tools.

• Graduate Recruitment without the Fee: Recruitment made easy and at no cost. We provide a complete solution to connect your business with graduates from four universities. Find your perfect hire with as little resource needed as possible!
• Account Management: A specialist will work with you to understand your specific needs and match you with the most suitable candidates for jobs, placements, internships and volunteering vacancies.
• Access a Wide Talent Pool: You’ll have access to Birmingham’s local talent pool of 38,000 graduates and final year students looking for opportunities – giving you access to a wide variety of potential recruits from Birmingham City University, University of Birmingham, University College Birmingham, Aston University and beyond.
• Co-Designing & Informing our Offer: Your feedback will directly inform how we support our graduates into work readiness and build a stronger talent pipeline for your future needs.
• Recruitment Business Support: Access exclusive business support webinars led by subject matter experts in topics like HR, legal, EDI and more to develop your hiring practices.
