Ryan has been exploring the therapeutic use of sound for over 3 years. His Sound Journeys are designed to take attendees deep within themselves to remember their wholeness. He incorporates gentle rhythmic vocal tones, shakers, native flute, crystal singing bowls, a wave drum, and more. Sound Journeys allow the mind to still, body to soften, and nervous system to move into a state of deep regulation. Please arrive 10 minutes early to setup your space and get comfortable.Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water and an eye mask to block out light if preferred.
