About this Event
We are delighted to invite you to the official in-person launch of the North (Brockley, Deptford, Evelyn, New Cross Gate, Telegraph Hill) Lewisham Neighbourhood Network (formerly the Lewisham VCS Neighbourhood Community Service) at The Bear Church, Deptford.
This informal event brings together local voluntary and community organisations, residents and partners to build connections, share ideas and learn about the support available through the Community Drop-in, Front Door team, INT Community Facilitators, Capacity Building Officers (CBOs) and Fundraising Development Manager (FDM).
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Meet and connect with local groups, organisations and community leaders.
- Learn about available support, resources and funding opportunities.
- Explore opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
- Discover how stronger neighbourhood networks can help residents access local support and activities.
- Celebrate the strengths and assets that make North Lewisham a vibrant community.
- Share your experiences and ideas about what helps local communities thrive.
We'll also share key insights from the recent soft launch and baseline survey and discuss how we can work together to strengthen local support and connections. Whether you're already involved or joining us for the first time, we'd love to welcome you.

To give as many organisations as possible the opportunity to attend, we kindly ask that no more than two representatives from the same organisation register for this event. If tickets are sold out, please join the waitlist. We will contact people on the waitlist if places become available.
