Nature as Teacher: Yoga in the Park

Step outside the studio and into the classroom of the natural world around you. In this outdoor yoga practice, we’ll celebrate the balance each equinox invites - when the night and day perfectly align.

Expect a grounding, sensory practice that invites curiosity, presence, and a little play. All levels are welcome - no yoga experience is required.

Mats are provided. Hot tea will be offered.
