Welcome To Nard 16!
National Animal Rights Day is a memorial ceremony to commemorate the billions of animals who die every year by human hands.
Please arrive at Victoria Square for 12:00, the silent march will start at 12:30, in a loop around the centre of Birmingham.
The Declaration Of Animal Rights Will then be read by Cathy Whitehorne. After which attendees will have the opportunity to sign the declaration.
At 14:00 we will start the first ever:
Freedom Festival.

A celebration of the animal rights movement. The festival will be split into 2 parts.
Part one: Voices For The Animals.
This consists of, prominent figures within the movement, sanctuary owners and documentary makers. It will be hosted by one of the founding members of the Animal Liberation Front and legend Ronnie Lee.

Part 2: May All Beings Be Free.
This will be a vegan party,
with music and comedy. Hosted by award winning comedian, Plant Braced. Bring your favourite hamper and blankets for a summer picnic.
