Hey y’all! We are back with another Move Ya Body & Matcha event! This time we are going to be at one of my favorite Black & Latino owned stores in CLT: Saint & Society! Your ticket includes a 45 minute mat pilates class, matcha and goodie bag! Tyrah will be instructing the class! You can also shop for jewelry after the class! A DJ will also be present to set the vibes. Matcha will be provided by Be4ore Noon Matcha! Don’t forget to wear your fave BROWN set, bring your yoga mat, grip socks and come vibe with us! The class will start promptly at 11:15 am, and there is street parking, along with a parking deck behind SALUD on 36th street.
