About this Event
MONDAY RESET
What if Monday became your favorite night to reset?
As the sun sets over Miami Beach, we’ll gather on the beautiful Upsun Hotel Rooftop for an evening of intentional practices, relaxation, and community. Each Monday will offer a slightly different experience, weaving together breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, gentle mindful practices, and inspiring conversations.
No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. This is a welcoming space for everyone who wants to step away from the busyness of daily life and create a little more space to simply be.
Some evenings may also include special experiences and guest facilitators, making each Monday a little different while keeping the same intention: Reset. Reconnect. Renew.
And, of course, there will be time to simply relax, enjoy the rooftop atmosphere, meet new people, and watch the Miami sky change as evening arrives.
