Mommy Baby Sound Bath
Join us for a nurturing Mommy & Baby Sound Healing experience created especially for mothers and their little ones.
Motherhood asks so much of us. This is an opportunity to slow down, receive, and simply be with your baby in a space where you are both completely welcome.
Led by sound healer Olivia, you’ll be guided through a restorative sound bath using soothing sound and vibration to support relaxation and connection.
Bring your baby, get comfortable, and settle in however feels good to you. Babies can nurse, sleep, wiggle, make noise, or need to be held—there is no expectation for them (or you!) to be anything other than exactly where you are.
Come as you are and spend an hour being supported, rather than being the one doing all the supporting.
