What are you ready to stop carrying?
Join Rose and Jeanne for beautiful ceremony designed to move you out of your head, into your body, and create space for whatever is ready to be felt and released.
We’ll begin with activating breathwork to awaken the body, quiet the thinking mind, and allow stored emotions and energy to begin moving.
From there, you’ll be invited to surrender into an immersive sound bath, allowing the sound and vibrations to surround the body as you rest, receive, and integrate.
Throughout the experience, Reiki will be intentionally woven into the space, offering energetic support as you move through your journey.
This isn’t about forcing a release or trying to “fix” yourself. It’s about creating the space for your body to show you what it’s ready for.
