🎤 Meet the Speakers
Jaja Stoudemire
JaJa Stoudemire is a U.S. Air Force veteran, Cincinnati-based real estate investor, acquisitions professional, and community builder with more than a decade of experience in real estate and property acquisition. As Lead Acquisition Manager for Reliable Family Homes, he works directly with homeowners to understand their circumstances, evaluate properties, and develop practical solutions for challenging real estate situations.
JaJa combines local market knowledge with a relationship-driven approach to identifying opportunities and negotiating successful transactions. His experience includes sourcing off-market properties, working with motivated sellers, evaluating investment potential, and helping move properties from initial conversation through acquisition.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, JaJa has also built experience in the corporate sector and remained active in community-focused service. That broad background has shaped an approach centered on discipline, integrity, clear communication, and improving people’s quality of life.
Whether working with homeowners, investors, or other real estate professionals, JaJa believes strong deals begin with trust and a genuine understanding of the people involved. On the panel, he will share practical insights from the acquisitions side of the business, including how to build seller relationships, recognize opportunities, and turn conversations into mutually beneficial outcomes.
Jiries Dawaher
Jiries Dawaher is a military veteran, Cincinnati-based real estate investor, wholesaler, licensed real estate professional, and educator with more than a decade of industry experience. He specializes in identifying off-market opportunities and creating value through wholesaling, renovations, rental acquisitions, and the BRRRR strategy.
Jiries began his investing career with limited capital and built his business through persistent prospecting, strong seller relationships, and a practical understanding of acquisitions. He has since participated in more than 1,000 wholesale transactions and built a portfolio of over 60 rental units. His experience covers the full investment lifecycle—from finding and evaluating opportunities to financing, renovating, refinancing, and operating income-producing properties.
Beyond building his own portfolio, Jiries is passionate about helping others enter and succeed in real estate. Through his educational content, coaching programs, and online investor communities, he has helped more than 1,000 people take steps toward completing deals and building their own investment businesses.
Known for his straightforward, action-oriented approach, Jiries teaches investors how to generate leads, communicate with motivated sellers, build relationships with cash buyers, and create consistent deal flow. His story demonstrates how disciplined follow-up, market knowledge, and a willingness to take action can turn real estate into a scalable business and a long-term vehicle for wealth creation.
