Utilizing meditation, breath, self inquiry, satsang recordings and dialogue, we will create a community aligned to the Direct Path Non-Dual approaches of teachers such as Rupert Spira, Ramana Maharshi, and Nisargadatta Maharaj, to name a few.

From Your Host: "Let's create a space to remember the light of awareness that is our essential self, and share our journeys with each other. I have been on the non-dual path for 6 years. In addition to my daily meditation / breathwork / self-inquiry practice, I am informed by my past experiences as Breathwork/ Meditation/ Retreat Leader, and Life / Leadership Coach. In my travels I have trained at the Co-Active Training Institute in California, and with breathwork pioneer Dan Brule in the UK. My main non-duality influence is Rupert Spira."
