Mindfulness at Lunchtime

Midday Pause

A gentle, inclusive meditation space in the middle of the working day.

You’re welcome to arrive from 12:45 to settle in quietly. The guided meditation practice starts at 1.00pm, ideal for those joining for a lunch hour, and finishes at 1:45pm.

Come as you are — no experience needed. Chairs, cushions, and space to rest are all available.

No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind. Let's Land, breathe, and find some calm together! These are free sessions, donations are very welcome.
