Networking Out is taking over BFT West University for a midday experience that combines two things driven Houston professionals already know they need: a great workout and a great network. We just put them in the same room.
Here is how it works. We kick off with 30 minutes of intentional networking with some of Houston's most motivated professionals. Real conversations, genuine connections, and the kind of energy that only happens when ambitious people get in a room together.
Then we get to work.
BFT's coach-led 50-minute balanced workout is science-backed, progressive, and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are a seasoned gym-goer or just getting back into a routine, the coaches at BFT West University will push you in the best possible way and make sure you leave feeling it.
