Join us for an intimate afternoon of romantic song and melodies at the historic London Sketch Club. Mezzo-soprano Nadiia Chaichenko and pianist Elizaveta Velikhova will guide you through a moving journey of vocal masterpieces by Schubert, Tchaikovsky, and Duparc. Set within a beautiful 19th-century Chelsea artist's studio, this enchanting performance includes a complimentary interval of tea and cakes.

Nadiia Chaichenko is a Ukrainian–Jordanian mezzo-soprano whose artistry bridges the discipline of classical training with the roots of folk traditions and contemporary expression.
She is currently completing her Master of Performance in Voice at the Royal College of Music (RCM), London, as a Mary Tindall Scholar under the guidance of Ben Johnson.
Elizaveta Velikhova is a classical solo and chamber pianist.
She is currently completing her Master’s studies with Professor Dina Parakhina, as a Scholar of the Royal College of Music.
Elizaveta has performed numerous times on the stages of the Moscow Conservatory and the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, both solo and with orchestra. Her repertoire includes works by classical, romantic, and modern composers.

The London Sketch Club’s concerts aim to give promising musicians the opportunity to perform pieces of their choice in an informal setting while members and guests spend an enjoyable afternoon. The concert is relaxed, so music lovers of all ages are welcome. There will be music, tea, coffee and biscuits.
The London Sketch Club is a lively private members’ club for both professional and amateur artists. The club holds life drawing and portrait sessions where members, and non-members, sketch and draw in a unique convivial atmosphere. We also hold concerts for members and the public.
