An intimate afternoon created to help you slow down, move your body and pour back into yourself.
This isn’t just a workout.
It’s a chance to step away from the busyness, connect with other women and enjoy an experience designed to leave you feeling stronger, lighter and cared for.
Together with EvolveYou, I’ve created a beautiful, intimate session centred around movement, connection and a little bit of self-care, with some gorgeous goodies along the way because I love to spoil the ladies!
