Messenger Basket Weaving with Corey of Slater Basketry

Join us for a full-day, hands-on basket-weaving workshop with Corey of Slater Basketry! Corey will guide participants through creating a beautiful messenger basket designed to be carried comfortably and enjoyed for years to come.
Workshop cost: $180 per person
• $60 materials deposit due by September 25
• $120 remaining balance due in cash on the day of the workshop
• Limited to 8 participants
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
A few of our fall workshops have a different registration process. For this workshop, you must complete both the Eventbrite registration and the Venmo deposit payment before your space can be held.
Step 1: Register through Eventbrite
Complete your registration using the Eventbrite link posted in the comments. No payment will be collected through Eventbrite.
Eventbrite registration allows us to keep an accurate participant count and collect your contact information in case Corey needs to reach you regarding the workshop.
Step 2: Pay the $60 materials deposit
Send your deposit directly to Slater Basketry through Venmo:

The $60 deposit is used to purchase the materials needed to make your basket. If your deposit is not received by September 25, your materials will not be purchased and you will not be able to make a basket at the workshop.
Step 3: Bring the remaining balance
Bring the remaining $120 balance in cash on the day of the workshop. This payment must be given directly to Corey.
Please remember:
• Eventbrite registration alone does not hold your space.
• Paying the deposit without registering on Eventbrite does not hold your space.
• Your space is confirmed only after you have registered through Eventbrite and paid the $60 materials deposit.
• Without the deposit, Corey cannot purchase your basket materials.
This workshop is limited to only 8 participants, and Corey’s workshops typically sell out very quickly. Please do not wait to register and submit your deposit!
