Join Sound Bath Society for Catch the Light, a unique holiday experience combining a hands-on suncatcher ornament workshop with an immersive sound bath.
We'll begin by slowing down and getting creative as we make our own stained-glass-inspired ornaments, designed to catch the sunlight and bring a little extra color and beauty into our spaces.
Once our creations are complete, we'll transition from making art to simply being, settling into a peaceful sound bath surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls.
This experience is about embracing creativity, enjoying the present moment, and giving yourself a break from the busyness of the season.
Part One: Create Your Suncatcher Ornament
You'll be guided through creating your very own stained-glass-inspired suncatcher ornament.
Choose your colors, express your creativity, and make something that feels uniquely yours.
Your finished ornament can be displayed in a sunny window, hung on a holiday tree, or given as a meaningful handmade gift.
No artistic experience is necessary. This is about enjoying the process, not creating something perfect.
All ornament-making supplies will be provided.
Part Two: Relax Into Sound
After our creative workshop, we'll settle into a relaxing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments.
You'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and enjoy a moment of stillness as the sounds fill the space.
There's no pressure to meditate a certain way. Simply listen, rest, and enjoy the experience.
