Mental Health Night is a free community experience where mental wellness meets music, creativity, and real connection.

This night’s theme, Rising in Love, is about choosing to rise not by ignoring what we’ve been through, but by allowing love, compassion, and connection to help us move forward. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t always happen alone and that even after life knocks us down, we can still rise with love for ourselves and one another.
Come as you are, enjoy the rooftop atmosphere, connect with good people, and leave feeling a little lighter, stronger, and less alone.
