Hey Fellas,Join us for our Men’s Sauna Gathering held every other Tuesday 7:30–8:45pm.
Come as you are. This is a safe space to connect, unwind, and share through real, authentic conversation.
How it flows:
• Arrive by 7:30pm
• We begin together, first sauna starts at 7:40pm
Our agreements:
Confidentiality, courage, curiosity, and respect.
The session:
• Round 1: Open group check-in, share what’s been on your mind lately
• Round 2: Build on what’s been shared
• Round 3: Continue the conversation, then close with a final 5-minute check-out and one takeaway
