The circle will include guided discussions, reflective exercises, and intentional listening practices designed to strengthen emotional awareness, self-expression, and mental well-being. Facilitated by a trauma-informed counsellor and men’s group facilitator, this space offers a grounded and respectful environment for exploration and connection.
