MELBOURNE CUP AT LOTUS 🪷🏇Celebrate Melbourne Cup with an indulgent afternoon at Lotus, as we return for our fifth year of Spring Carnival festivities.
Gather around our long tables for an all-inclusive dining experience featuring a four-course shared menu of Southeast Asian cuisine, paired with four hours of free-flowing Chandon and a premium beverage selection.
Festivities run from 11am - 3pm, with the race screened live at noon on big screens throughout the restaurant and across The Beaufort precinct. And, once lunch wraps up, the celebrations continue throughout The Beaufort from 3pm until late.
