Jo’s soundbath uses crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the seven main chakras, Koshi chimes and gentle percussion leading you on a meditation through sound and resonance to find peace, calm, rejuvenation and feel a deep sense of relaxation. Leave feeling rebalanced, serene and resilient.
Attendees to the soundbath session should wear comfy clothes and bring whatever they may need to lie or sit comfortably for the session and a bottle of water.
Most people bring a camping or yoga mat or a camping chair with neck support, a blanket, a pillow or cushion or 2 and an eyemask.
Places are £15 per person per session, £12 for Concessions (NHS, Forces, students or pensioners) and Under 16’s £10 - must attend with an adult.
Alternatively, a 5 session pass is available for purchase at £65, Concessions pass £50.
