About this Event

Welcome to our Weekly Monday meditation at Shoreline Porty! Join us in person in this small, friendly, relaxed group. Each Monday evening , Clunie will lead a series of guided mindfulness meditations. There will also be times in silence, and some opportunity for gentle stretching. Half way through tea will be served as a part of the meditation.

A powerful way to start the week, by going offline and spending an hour in tune with what is needed for you to rest and refocus in the calm and cosy space of Shoreline Studio.

Suitable for both those with experience or none at all.
