All are welcome for our free drop-in meditation class, Mondays 10-11 AM in the Learning Center. Foothills member Sandy Roos leads the class. A psychotherapist for over 25 years, Sandy says “Meditation helps us learn how to relax our nervous systems. We all carry so much tension and stress; meditation is a proven way to build in a sense of calm and well-being.”
Participants are seated in chairs for this class. Wear comfortable clothing. No equipment is needed. No sign-up or long-term commitment; attend when it works for you!
