Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
Hello My Lovelies,
This booking is for a Wednesday Sound Healing Session, virtual from the comfort of your home. There will be a short guided reflection moment with most of the time devoted to you experiencing the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls. Each session will start with one person being chosen to join me on camera and choose an affirmation card for the group. This is a live private session. No replays will be shared to protect the sacredness of moments together. I've used 'sound bath' in the description but this is a true sound healing session taking music therapy principles and neuroscience to help you drop into parasympathetic and deliver a deeply restorative session and help you reconnect with your inner light.
