Carli Neal | Assistant Director of Trainer Development
Carli Neal joined Body Alive in 2025 as a part-time instructor and quickly transitioned to the Full-Time Team. She began her full-time journey supporting the Crestview Hills studio before moving into a training role. Carli became the Lead Trainer for the Kenwood studio before transitioning into an Assistant Director position. She now serves as Assistant Director of Trainer Development, working closely with Body Alive’s Training Team to strengthen, standardize, and continually evolve the company’s training methodology across the country. In this role, she oversees and audits instructor trainings and classes, mentors Trainers, develops training processes and resources, and helps ensure consistency and quality across Body Alive’s growing instructor network.
Carli holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with additional certifications in Women’s Fitness, Stretching & Flexibility, and Group Training.
Favorite Part About Body Alive:
My favorite part of Body Alive is watching transformation happen, both with our members and our instructors. In the studio, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone have that “light bulb” moment when they finally feel an exercise correctly, better understand their body, or begin to genuinely fall in love with movement and fitness.
