What to Expect
The evening begins with a 30-minute mat Pilates class led by Ashley Fedarko. This session focuses on core strength, mindful movement, and releasing the tension that builds up over the weekend and workday. It’s welcoming to all levels, so whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more centered.
Then settle in for a 30-minute sound bath with Cora Tran of Sacred Sound Haven. Lie back, close your eyes, and let soothing tones and vibrations carry you into deep relaxation. Sound baths are a gentle way to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and reset your energy for the week ahead.
