Learn. Explore. Build. And take home something grate.Join us for this hands-on cheese and charcuterie class where we’ll dive into the delicious world of cheese and share our secrets to creating beautiful, balanced boards that look as good as they taste.
First, we’ll explain how to shop, choose, measure, cut and store cheese, how to pair flavours, select accompaniments and arrange everything onto a board that will impress your family and friends.
Then it’s your turn. You’ll put everything you’ve learned into practice and create your very own medium Grateboard to take home and enjoy. (Valued at $125).
What’s Included? Each participant will receive:
-An information card with our best tips,
-A glass of wine to sip on — white, rosé or red
-A beautiful wood board to build your creation on,
-Fine cheeses and artisanal charcuterie, along with all the gourmet accompaniments you need to build your board,
-All supplies and utensils needed for this hands-on class.

-No experience required. All are welcome.
-Classes are held at Grate Cheesery, 462 West Avenue in Pandosy Village
-Seating is limited to 10 participants per class
-Free parking is available on West Avenue on Sundays
-Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable
