Comedian Mary Mack is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and voice performer known for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Conan, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, Last Call with Carson Daly, and Dry Bar Comedy. A longtime favorite of comedy audiences in the Midwest and across the country, Mary has also performed at Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival, SF Sketchfest in San Francisco, and the Andy Kaufman Awards.
Mary Mack is also widely recognized as the voice of Jesse on Hulu’s hit animated comedy Solar Opposites. Her animation and voice-acting credits also include Dylan Beekler in Golan the Insatiable, Zaffy on Adult Swim’s Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and recurring voice work on Disney’s Kiff, including the character Renée. In addition to her television and stand-up comedy work, Mary has appeared on popular radio shows and podcasts including WTF with Marc Maron, The Bob & Tom Show, and The Grand Ole Opry. Mary has released six stand-up comedy albums: Perm Day, Comedy Bootleg, Mrs. Taco Man, Pig Woman, Pinch Finger Girl: A Tragedomedy, and Either You Wake Up Or You Don’t.
A hybrid of Minnesota and Wisconsin—with a self-professed severe cheese dependency—Mary describes herself as a “folk humorist.” Her distinctive comedy combines storytelling, Midwestern observations, an unmistakable Upper Midwest accent, and a deceptively innocent delivery with wonderfully unexpected punchlines. It's a style that has made Mary Mack one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Midwestern stand-up comedy.
