Watch out kids. There´s somethin`new goin`on around the alps…Marmoto (Graz / A)
– Garaĝa rokenrolo spektaklobando
With distorted fuzz guitars, atmospheric reverb, tremolo, thumping bass, and driving drums, the trio bridges the worlds of garage, rock 'n' roll, punk, surf, and exotica. Rather than letting themselves be pigeonholed, Marmoto build their own box—coating it in the finish of the genre-blending underground scenes of recent decades, giving it the distinctive sound of your new favorite band, who, when they sing, do so mostly in Esperanto.
