About this Event
In conversation with Of Oceans and Myths, in this workshop, we explore how archives, oral histories, family stories, and myth can counter the gaps left by colonial records. Through mapping exercises and generative poetry prompts, participants will trace personal and ancestral routes across geography, memory, and imagination.
We will ask: What survives when the archive is incomplete? What stories do we inherit, reinvent, or carry forward? Together, we will create poems that map origin as both history and possibility. We write the archive within us.
Facilitator: Raina León
