Mapping Change: Menopause as Lived Experience

To accompany the exhibition, Francesca will be leading a guided participatory artistic activity workshop exploring the menopause as a whole-body transition rather than a set of isolated symptoms. The session will include scientific insight into how menopause affects long-term health, particularly cardiovascular function. Throughout the session, the focus is on understanding, validation, and informed choice, supporting participants to feel more confident, listened to, and better equipped to engage with menopause care.
