We welcome women from all walks of life and stages of motherhood for this child-friendly walk followed by FREE light refreshments
Why Walk?
Walking has a multitude of benefits, including burning calories, improving heart health, reducing blood sugar, and helping mental health. Most importantly, it's FREE!
Each session will last 60 mins, with the option of joining rhyme time at the library after.
