As you will have seen we have organised a new venue for this All Dayer. Please do not worry this is a one off due to the ongoing wet and cold weather but to also facilitate us holding the 3 All Dayers we aim to run per year. TIMES - 11am to 11pm
TABLE FEE - A suggested donation of £5 per person. We understand that times are hard, so if this donation is a struggle for you please speak to Ken who can sort something out with you.
AGE LIMIT - We try to cater for all ages and all are welcome however be aware that most games we play have a certain level of complexity.
GAMES - There is no library as such but there will be over 100 games, several of us bring a good variety of games but this should not stop you bringing anything you would like to play. Some members will post games they are bringing as to avoid duplicates.
TABLES - There are a number of tables of a reasonable size so this should mean there is no need for members to bring any extra.
PARKING - There is a very small number of spaces in the car park of the hut, but there are is plenty on local roads. Please do check for parking restrictions. Some members will be offering "car pool" opportunities to avoid larger numbers of cars needing to be taken.
FOOD AND DRINK - Bring this with you is the best advice. Tea/Coffee will be provided. There is a kitchen which has a microwave and kettle should you want to warm things up. There is also a Co-Op Local a short walk away.
QUESTIONS - Feel free to write here or contact me by pm, I will also update this with points I have forgotten when I remember or am reminded of them.
