Be Pasta was born from the union of three Italian crafts: the Chef, the Sommelier, and the Host. Andrea, from Tuscany, brings his deep-rooted passion for Italian cuisine and craftsmanship to every dish, striving for a zero-waste cuisine that doesn't limit his vivid creativity. Alessandro, from Milan, brings his expert eye and heart to every natural wine you'll taste through their emotional wine list, with pairings designed to surprise and delight. And Daniele, a proud Perugino from Umbria, is passionate about local traditions and stories, always creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you'll feel right at home.
Each pasta is made to ensure the highest quality, seasonality, and authenticity in every bite, each dish tells a story of tradition, agricultural choices, and ancient grains. To perfectly complement your meal, they offer a selection of natural wines from a creative and emotional wine list, all chosen to enhance the fresh, pure ingredients they use.

About the Musicians:
The evening features rotating ensembles of professional jazz musicians curated by Javier Madrazo, an Argentine guitarist, composer, and bandleader based in New York City. Javier holds a Master's in Jazz Performance from Queens College and is the first Latin American student to receive the ASCAP Louis Armstrong Award for composition and arranging. He performs 5–9 times per week across NYC and has shared the stage with artists including Winard Harper, Joe Martin, Anthony Wonsey, David Berkman, and Richie Goods among others.
