The Fairfield Public Library and Fairfield's Little Pub team up for a unique experience: book talk, cocktails, nosh, and laugh. Gather with old friends or make new ones. Nancy Sweeney, Fairfield Woods Branch Manager, will lead the discussion. Books are available at the Fairfield Public Library. All are welcome to join us.This month's selection is Shark Heart: A Love Story by Emily Habeck
A “beautifully written” (Anthony Doerr, Pulitzer Prize–winning author of All the Light We Cannot See) debut novel of marriage, motherhood, metamorphosis, and letting go, this intergenerational love story begins with newlyweds Wren and her husband, Lewis—a man who, over the course of nine months, transforms into a great white shark.
