Pilates After Dark at Elicit Brewing

Pilates After Dark is taking over Elicit Brewing Company in Fairfield CT! So grab your mats, your workout shoes and your friends and get excited!
Pilates After Dark is a high-energy, mat sculpt experience set in a moody, neon-lit atmosphere designed to feel more like a night out than a traditional workout. The vibe is playful — but the burn is very real. Expect a full-body sculpt focused on core, glutes, and arms, timed to spicy beats that build intensity as the night goes on.

Guests can expect an immersive environment, themed touches, and that signature Pilates After Dark energy: confident, empowering, and just a little unhinged in the best way. It’s community-driven, beginner-friendly but challenging, and designed to leave you shaking, sweating, and glowing.
